Perfect For: Intimate Social Gatherings, Birthday Parties,Bridal / Baby Showers, Intimate Weddings, , PR Events,Cocktail Parties, Corporate Networking Parties & Photo/Film Shoots, Yoga & Fitness classes. *** Please contact us with any questions, we look forward to hosting you and your guests!*** AMENITIES: +The capacity is 55 guests. + Accessible by all major subway lines including B-D-N-Q-R-W- and 6 trains. +2300 Sq. ft +Build-in bar with 4 stools, outdoor lounge seating, dinning/meeting table, launch chairs. + Event Staff onsite. + Bose Keynote Sound System Ideal For Parties And Presentations + Fiber-Optic 1000 Up/Down Internet. + Outside Catering & Bartender Is Allowed. ( Please see regulations ) FEES: + Fri-Sat-Sun Hourly Rate $650.00 per hour +Cleaning Fee $300.00 + Security Guard Fee ($45.00 per hour ) Depending on the guest count multiple security guards will be mandatory. RULES & REGULATIONS: ***Please note that all events consuming liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.*** *** Event Insurance is Mandatory *** ***No Smoking *** ***No Selling Alcohol *** ***No Open Flames *** ***No Cooking *** ***All Glassware must be plastic or paper. *** Site Decoration No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls or fine wood. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and any wall damage will be charged to the authorized credit card. No confetti is allowed on site. Catering, Cleaning, Trash and Equipment Removal There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. All rental equipment must be removed no later than half an hour after your event’s ending time.
