With a range of options for events such as intimate social gatherings, birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, intimate weddings, proposals, PR events, cocktail parties, corporate networking events, photo/film shootings, and yoga & fitness classes, our Nomad Rooftop venue has something for everyone. Weekend rate - $750/hr Cleaning Fee - $350 Bartender Fee - $45/hour (if serving alcohol) Security Fee - $45/hour (Mandatory for all events)

Our rooftop is designed to adapt to your needs-- reserve one side of the rooftop for an intimate gathering of up to 30 guests, perfect for private celebrations, cocktail hours, or team events. Looking for more room? Elevate your experience by adding the second side of the rooftop for a combined capacity of up to 75 guests. This option provides additional space for mingling, dining, or entertainment, allowing your event to expand as needed. (Available for an additional fee) Whether you’re planning a social gathering or a corporate event, we offer the perfect setting for a truly memorable occasion. We offer additional cleaning services to our members and take more in-depth decontaminating cleaning measures to keep the workplace and our community healthy. 

Private Offices, Meeting Rooms, Communal Areas, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected daily with Electrostatic spraying technology (EPA registered), TABS (EPA registered) disinfectants, and Prot Electrostatic Sprayers that demonstrate effectiveness against viruses similar to the 2019 Coronavirus (SARSCoV-2) on hard, non-porous surfaces.
