This review falls in two parts. The space is excellent, well-maintained and in a great location. We had a poor experience with the site's manager, though. Our meeting was scheduled to begin at 9.30. I arrived at the high-rise office building (our host is on two floors of a 50-storey tower) and was told by building security that the site manager would not let me up until 9, because of our start time. Generally when we use shared-workspace locations like this for our meetings, I get to enter the space and hang out in the common area until we begin, and often am allowed to the conference room if it's not being used. But that's fine - I got up there at 9, and told the manager I'd just hang out in the common space till 9.30. He said I could just enter the conference room if I would like. Super - I did that. Then during our 4-hour meeting, with 15 folks, I got an email from Liquidspace saying the manager was adding an hour to our billing. Bad bad bad. I explained the situation to the Liquidspace CX person, she shared that with the site manager, and I got a note saying that they would remove the extra hour charge - half of which I was locked out and stayed in the main building lobby (actually went around the corner for coffee), and half of which I had thought I was invited to sit in the conference room. But the note had an unhappy tone, as though I had done something wrong. So - the space is great, the price is fair, it's a place I'd use a lot if there were no other problems, but I'm not going pay someone to treat me poorly, so I won't be back and can't recommend it.
