OFFICE SPACE The West Chelsea building is located in the heart of Chelsea Arts District, with a staircase to the Highline on the same street. The building is dedicated and shared with a number of artists, galleries, and creative professionals, with 24hour security cameras and an incoming mail service. The building also has a freight elevator. We have a private cleaning service person that comes once a week. We off of 10th + 11th Avenue, blocks away from the C, E, and 7 lines, and a 15 minute walk from Penn Station. There is also a Citi Bike station on our street. Our space on the 10th floor is two combined studio spaces, totaling 1000sft, and has high ceilings and great natural light. The office is currently shared with one other business/employee that is here four days a week. De-spec employees are usually in the office 5 days a week from 10-6pm. We provide a mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and cabinet for snacks and supplies. There is a private bathroom in the office, but there are also bathrooms in the building hallway. Our office is pet friendly, with a small dog occasionally being on site. DESKS The dedicated work desks are 31.5” x 63” with adjustable height and an office chair. A variety of desks are available in our shared architectural office side, or the open studio side. If you are a larger team of three or more, we can accommodate your team on the open studio side of the office. We have nine desks that are available for three-month leases, but feel free to ask us about longer lease terms.
