While the host was very responsive and helpful, it's complicated to find and get setup. It's a tiny, dimly lit room with no windows, tired desk equipment, no coffee/amenities, the bathroom is hard to find and it's overall not a great work space. Did not feel the price was worth it, left after two hours because the lack of any windows is hard to work in.

Office was on the 11th floor, the picture is a good representation. It was nice to have a window and excellent heating in the winter. The staff at Charm Offices were very accommodating. Bathrooms are down the hall, and while there's no kitchen or water fountain available, there is a Pizza place and a Just Salad on the street level under the building.

I was positively surprised by this office which is extremely quiet and effective at a very reasonable price for the location. The service was excellent too.
