While the meeting space is adequate, a 30-minute wait to use the restroom is inconvenient and should be addressed to ensure a more comfortable experience for attendees—similar to what is available at other Midtown locations.

Our organization had a great time connecting in the community room at Soho. The staff was super chill and friendly, they had a TV with HDMI setup for easy Zoom conferencing, and cozy vibes. The ooooonly thing we recommend-- is the DOOR handle is super confusing, because you have to PUSH to enter the conference room, but the door features a long vertical handle that implies for a user to PULL the door open, causing quite comical entrances with my co-workers! Other than that.. definitely recommend.
