Broadway Bound Kids Shared Workspace

Broadway Bound Kids is listing our office space located at 37th St. and 8th Ave. in the heart of Manhattan. Our work space includes a spacious shared area perfect for 1-2 people to work socially distant as well as a private enclosed office. You and your small team will have 24 hour access to the space which includes a kitchenette, water cooler, and HVAC systems compliant with the building's COVID Safety Plan. Space is shared with a private therapy practice with 4 very respectful therapists who each have their own office space, are only in 2-3 times a week and are currently only seeing clients virtually. We are looking to lease the office ASAP until the end of the year with the possibility to extend for $1,500 per month including utilities and cleaning service. Reserving the space for a set number of days per week is also possible - please contact us for the rate.
