THE SPACE Our light-filled, full-floor office sits in the heart of Greenwich Village. It's a polished, professional setting that still feels relaxed and welcoming—ideal for a small team or a few individuals who want a real office without the overhead. We have three private offices available to rent individually or bundled at a discount, with the option to add desks in the open main office. THE LOCATION You'll be across the street from the legendary Strand bookstore and just steps from Union Square, one of downtown Manhattan's best-connected hubs. The neighborhood is packed with great dining and you'll be minutes from the shops, cafés, and energy of NYU and the wider Village. Getting here is effortless. Union Square Station puts the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, and W trains all at your feet, with PATH service to New Jersey close by. Whether you'll be commuting from Brooklyn, Midtown, or across the river, you'll be a quick ride away.
