Lovely space. great and profesional atmosfeer. Lovely, well-presented amenities, sadly, I was too busy to walk through the space, for a breaf moment I went to the command area and everything was lovely. Even when there were people talking and walking, there was minimum noice so I could talk and conduct my meetings normally. Staff very professional and accommodating with great communication. Workspaces: Offers single or double occupancy rooms as the basic level. Primarily built for professional services folks, small single person firms rather than for techies. Very quiet and mostly no roommates in double occupancy rooms so can take calls very quietly.
Cafe area: offers coffee and utensils for your home cooked food.
Access to transit: Harder to get to than many other workspaces on liquidspace.
restaurants: obviously in manhattan so can walk to many within 10 min radius. And obviously delivery of food is easy.

Really enjoyed the space and the view. The receptionist was very helpful. The room had everything we needed and they surprised us with warm cookies in the afternoon. For lunch, we left the building, grabbed some take out and walked to the zoo in Central Park, which was very close and convenient.
My only criticism was the size of the table. We had seven people in the group and while we all fit, it was a little cramped with our work papers and books.
We would definitely use the space again.
