52 Duane Street is a shared legal office located directly on Foley Square in lower Manhattan which is home to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District, the United States Court of Claims, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Civil Court of the City of New York and many other government agencies. Conference rooms and private meeting spaces are available to book by the hour, day & month.

Glass Conference Room
Glass Conference Room ($21,000 per month): typically available during pretrial hours, lunch and post trial hours only. Trial teams can have a catered lunch set up each day so lunch is ready as soon as the trial team walks through the door. No time is wasted ordering, getting lunch, setting up, etc. as time is at a premium during trial. Glass conference room seats 10 people and can accommodate 15 people with additional table and chairs that we will supply. This room can be offered for full time usage by a trial team at the rate of $26,000 per month. You can rent for a term that is less than 1 month.
Library
Library ($20,000 per month): typically available during pretrial hours, lunch and post trial hours only. Trial teams can have a catered lunch set up each day so lunch is ready as soon as the trial team walks through the door. No time is wasted ordering, getting lunch, setting up, etc. as time is at a premium during trial. Glass conference room seats 10 people and can accommodate 15 people with additional table and chairs that we will supply. This room can be offered for full time usage by a trial team at the rate of $26,000 per month. We can accommodate shorter periods than 1 month.
North War Room
North War Room ($20,000 per month): custom built workspace system wraps around the entire room for maximum efficiency. Trial team can set up multiple computer terminals, printers, telephones, fax machines, scanner, etc. (or the team is welcome to use our state of the art equipment). 5 people can work comfortably at once. Large windows overlooking the courthouses and Foley Square. Includes oversized custom bookcase for storage of boxes, red welds, binders, exhibits, etc. Additional storage space available when case is super document heavy.
