The office was not open at our booked start time of 8:30 which was a major hassle. We hadn't received instructions on how to enter by code. Someone else arrived with the same issue, we each called the numbers we had for the space/booking site and got no answer. My colleagues were eventually let in by someone who I think was just a user while I was downstairs trying to contact the company. It was well after 9AM when I saw someone sitting at the reception desk. Once inside we really liked the space. The videoconference equipment was already in the room and ready for us. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered support that I'd consider above and beyond like setting up our lunch, cleaning up our trash, etc. which is why I'm giving midlevel stars and a mixed review. If I was booking later in the day I would happily use the space again, but I would be hesitant if I had to start early or needed to immediately get started at 9.
