Almost everything was great. I wish the rooms came with a small instruction booklet about how to connect to the internet, how the wifi will time out after a set period (cut off my video conference interview), and when the pantry closes. Other than that, I really like the space and I will recommend to my friends.

It was a beautiful office with great natural light and lighting. It looked great on a video conference. Also, there was plenty of room for me to review a lot of files on the desk. The availability of snacks, water, coffee and tea also ensured I stayed hydrated and energized during my visit for the work session.

Clean, private, well-priced, nice receptionist, good sized desk with no distractions in a convenient location. Excellent, professional space. Thank you!

Highly recommend the space to any professional. Folks were polite & organized, and the venue was clean, quiet and well maintained.
The only negative was numerous interruptions as there were maintenance folks working on some wiring in the wall & ceiling. I don't expect that to happen for most folks reserving the space.
One interesting note: Because of these interruptions, we were 15 min late leaving the space - and they swiftly charged an extra $50. I would expect them to reconsider this given that is poor customer service and not in line with the overall excellent experience. Perhaps the person checking the room was not aware of the situation.

Very disorganized. Invitations to the meeting did not reach all participants listed. Upon arrival at the venue, the staff at the desk in the first floor reception downstairs had never heard of "Liquid Space". When we finally got to the venue, the receptionist was not inclined to be helpful and I had to request repeatedly the amenities we had reserved with our order. No instructions Bout the use if the phone, conferencing system, dial-out code etc. we as provided and there was no white board. A paper flip chart (with tattered pages) was begrudgingly pulled out of a closet to use in its stead. There was no coffee in the pots we were directed to. One of the overhead fluorescent lights blinked on and off. And so on. Poor organization, reception, communications and customer service could have been easily addressed to make what was a generally nice conference room a more pleasant, efficient and professional experience. I'll look elsewhere next time.
