This is an incredible setup for a very reasonable price. I just needed an office space for a day and this was perfect! They have coffee, fridge (to keep your lunch or other snacks), very clean environment including the bathrooms! If I'm ever back in the area for work I will definitely be using them again

Jim greeted us and directed us to our space. He was very accommodating. We (and our client) really liked the space. (One suggestion is to leave instructions for projecting to the screen from our computer...we had some trouble with that, although I'm certain Jim would have assisted us had we asked).
All good...would definitely rent space again.

Second time there in past 2 weeks. This place is very clean, and one big thing I noticed compared to another office rental up the street, SPOT has a window for the meeting room, the other place did not. It was nice to have daylight for our meeting and not feel so enclosed. Again, Abe at the front reception desk was prompt and courteous. Would highly recommend SPOT!

Very impressed with the facility. It was clean. Abe greeted me at the front by name, and he assisted me in getting my MacBook hooked up to the large TV in the meeting room. Would definitely recommend this place compared to the other facility right up the street.
