This location is inside of a professional real estate office in the heart of Deer Park, and has meeting space available for rent by the hour as well as monthly desk space. The meeting room features modern furniture, with a conference table and seating for up to 6 persons, reliable Wi Fi and a large TV screen to connect to for presentations. Desk space is modern with desk, office chair and connection to Wi Fi. Remote support is available for any questions. There is access to a pantry with a sink, microwave and mini fridge, and you are welcome to bring in your own refreshments. The restroom is available for use on the same floor. The LIRR and SCT are just 5 minutes away, and there is a parking lot in front of the office building, as well as very convenient street parking. Access to the meeting room or desk space is easy as we will provide you with a code to enter and a map to the space.
