Our large conference room (800sf) can accommodate up to 40 people and the room can be set up in any style you prefer: classroom, U-shape, conference. It is available for half day rental (9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm) $100 , full day rental 9am to 5pm $150, or an evening event starting at 5pm for $150.

Inception Buffalo is located inside US itek at 1016 Niagara Falls Blvd in Tonawanda near Sheridan Dr, Maple Rd, and Eggert Rd, only 3 minutes from the 290. You can reach our central location from Amherst, Williamsville, N. Tonawanda, Kenmore, City of Buffalo, Wheatfield, the University of Buffalo and Buffalo State College in less than 10 minutes, only 15 minutes from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. We have plenty of free parking spaces and the building is easily accessible. The inside of the building is spacious and gives much flexibility to different office space set up, from an individual work space to a classroom style conference room for up to 32 people. We can customize a set up for you, please email with inquiries. Free Wifi included with every booking. Weekends available upon request. Due to Covid-19, seating is limited to ensure NYS guidelines for social distancing are met.

The space we used for our team development event was perfect. We had projection capabilities, a white board and room to move. Reserving the space was easy and the space administrator was very conscientious.
