The studio is a creative space with pre-war elegance-- the perfect location for a group event, photo shoot, or elegant dinner. High ceilings, original moldings, parquet flooring with oak inlay, bright and sunlit. The classic layout of this space features a large front room with Yamaha console piano connected by an open archway to a formal dining/gallery room. The main space can be configured to your needs, with dining table and chairs, or left open and minimal for a standing event or photo shoot. The newly updated galley kitchen has original built-in China cabinets, along with new storage, chef's range and refrigerator, D/W. The space is conveniently located in the heart of Park Slope- directly above Winner Bakery and one block from the F train at 7th ave. Note: This is a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator.

Vaccinations: As of September, 2023, The Stratford will no longer require proof of vaccination for entry to the building.
