Infinite Support Solutions is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all individuals who use our space, including members, visitors, and staff. This policy outlines the measures we will take to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

 Responsibilities: All individuals who use the co-working space are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of others who may be affected by their actions. The Infinite Support Solutions management team is responsible for ensuring that the space is safe and healthy, and that all individuals are aware of and comply with this policy.

Risk Assessment: We will conduct regular risk assessments of the co-working space to identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to eliminate or control them. This includes assessing the risk of slips, trips, falls, fire, electrical hazards, ergonomic issues, and any other potential risks associated with the use of the space.

Emergency Procedures: We will have appropriate emergency procedures in place, including evacuation procedures and first aid provisions. These procedures will be communicated to all members and visitors, and drills will be conducted regularly to ensure that all individuals are familiar with them.

Health and Safety: Training for Staff All staff members will receive health and safety training as part of their induction process. This training will include information on safe use of equipment and machinery, proper lifting techniques, proper use of ergonomic furniture, and other relevant health and safety information. Refresher training will also be provided as necessary.

Reporting Incidents: All incidents, accidents, and near-misses must be reported to the Infinite Support Solutions management team as soon as possible. This includes any incidents that may result in injury or damage to property. The management team will investigate all incidents and take appropriate action to prevent their recurrence.

Health and Wellbeing: We will promote the health and wellbeing of our members and visitors by providing access to appropriate facilities, such as rest areas, drinking water, and healthy snacks. We will also encourage members and visitors to take regular breaks from their work and to engage in physical activity.

Compliance with Regulations: We will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including those set out by local, state, and federal governments. We will also ensure that our co-working space meets all applicable building and fire codes.

Review: We will regularly review this policy to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. Any necessary updates will be communicated to all members and visitors.

By implementing and adhering to this Health & Safety Policy, we aim to create a safe and healthy working environment for all our members and visitors, and to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
