Rent subsidies are available for qualified businesses. Launchpad is downtown Henderson’s entrepreneurial hub, serving start-up businesses and those that are ready to shift from a home to office environment. The center is the longest-running business incubator in the state of Nevada, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2022 with a complete remodel and expansion of services.
