Was in the area for an all day event for one of my children and needed a place to work and take calls nearby. Booked a reservation the night before and directions supplied made it easy to find the location (parking and lounge itself). Greeted by Ulka (owner) who gave me a tour and ensured that I was setup for the day. Appreciated that she was focused on ensuring I had a positive and seamless experience. The business lounge is clean and nicely furnished with outlets easily accessible to power laptop, phone, etc. I sat near the window and used the monitor provided at the workstation. "Phone booths" are available for calls to avoid disrupting others sharing the space. The kitchen was easily accessible for water and tea/coffee. Overall, I had a great experience and would consider working here more frequently if I lived closer. I will definitely return to this space next time I'm in the area and require workspace.
