This furnished private office is ideal for entrepreneurs, remote professionals, consultants, and small businesses looking for a professional environment during standard business hours. Each office includes a furnished workspace within The Perry Exchange, a flexible business campus featuring private offices, meeting space, and an event venue. Members may bring personal computers and standard office equipment; however, workspace modifications, furniture changes, or installations are not permitted. Access: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Please Note: The Perry Exchange is a multi-use professional campus that includes an event venue. Private events, meetings, and gatherings may occur throughout the property, including evenings, weekends, and occasional weekday hours. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible, and event setup will be scheduled during the least disruptive timeframes available. Founding Member Opportunity: Workspace members who join during this initial launch phase will receive priority consideration for future workspace opportunities as The Perry Exchange expands into its additional office building, including early access to available spaces and select launch benefits.
