Dedicated Desk
Located on the second floor member area, you have the option to have a desk of your own. Maybe you have a big monitor and tons of paper files (it’s okay that you still have them!) or you just want some room to stretch out with your own stuff. You get a locking cabinet and your own desk and chair.
Two Person Private Office
A beautiful space with high ceilings and easy access to everything in the building. Only steps from the kitchenette, print room, and multiple restroom options, this office is a great option for 2-3 people. Desks, chairs, filing cabinets, whiteboards, trash cans, and WiFi, and access to all TechArtista amenities are provided.
Three Person Private Office
A quiet and private F=first floor office with an abundance of natural light, Not only will your team have a partial view of the Arch, but you'll also be located on our first-floor member area near the kitchenette, a printer, lounges, phone booths, and more! Desks, chairs, filing cabinets, whiteboards, trash cans, and WiFi, and access to all TechArtista amenities are provided.
Five Person Private Office
Located on our first floor, in the member's only area, this 5-6 person, internal private office comes move-in ready with desks, chairs, filing cabinets, whiteboards, trash can, WiFi, access to breakout rooms, conference rooms, and all the TechArtista amenities!
Six to Eight Person Private Office
One of the most beautiful private offices in our building, this space has an abundance of natural light. Not only will your team have a partial view of the Arch, but you'll also be located on our second-floor member area near the kitchenette, a printer, chaise loungers, phone booths, and more! Desks, chairs, filing cabinets, whiteboards, trash cans, and WiFi, and access to all TechArtista amenities are provided.
Day Pass + Parking
Don't want to work from home, but don't want a full-time office either? Try out our sprawling hourly coworking lounge. Phone booths, plugs everywhere, printing, and blazingly fast internet, $20 per day (includes 10-hour parking voucher for the Mansion House Garage!). Access our beautiful main hall from, 9am-5pm, M-F. NOTE: This parking voucher only works at the Mansion House (330 N 4th Street), and no other garage.
Cassidy Room
Warm decor and seating for 5-6, creates a welcoming environment for client presentations and collaboration with colleagues. Or, use this space to capture all of your big ideas. A/V equipped. This room is located on our 3rd floor and allows easy access to our coffee shop and Bar in the main hall.
Parker Room
Warm decor and seating for 6-8, creates a welcoming environment for client presentations and collaboration with colleagues. Or, use this giant table on your own to capture big ideas. A/V equipped. This room is located on our main floor and allows easy access to our coffee shop and Bar.

We are currently closed to the public, and only open to our monthly members, due to COVID-19. If you need a space, you are welcome to inquire and we're happy to try and accommodate.
