Our centrally located Retreat House is uniquely designed for comfort and productivity. With multiple areas for collaboration, it’s the perfect setting for strategic planning and team building. It has a private entrance and includes multiple spaces for meetings and breakouts, table seating, a fully stocked kitchen, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Escape the monotony of Zoom, conference centers, and hotels in our one-of-a-kind space with a residential vibe. Our retreat house reservations include: Exclusive use of the space for your rental period, Plenty of free street parking, Coffee & water service, Continental light breakfast, Snacks, Outdoor grill and patio furniture (seasonal), On-site staff to assist with setup, 60” monitor with AirPlay and, HDMI connections (cables provided), High-speed Wi-Fi Internet access, Post-it™ flip chart and markers, A free team day pass for Coco to be used at our NE or Downtown Minneapolis locations.
Productive & Welcoming Retreat Space
Whether you need a space for your board of directors to meet or just need a team off-site, Coco's Retreat House offers a balanced blend of service and privacy for your group. We will start the day off by coming in before you arrive, brewing some coffee, restocking our complimentary snack and beverages, and making sure everything is in order for you to have the most productive day possible. After that, a member of the Coco team will be on call to help you with any questions or needs throughout the day. The best part? At the end of the day, you don't need to worry about dishes or cleaning or anything - our team will happily take care of it for you!
