The historic Grain Exchange is one of the most well-known buildings in the Twin Cities. Finished in 1903, the space features an awe-inspiring 16,000 square foot trading floor that made Minneapolis the milling capital of the world for nearly 100 years. It’s since been home to more than 5,000 startups, entrepreneurs, small businesses, enterprise mobile workers, and some of the most memorable events in the Twin Cities.

I thought the 400 S 4th St. Coco was very nice. It was spacious, quiet, with plenty of work stations to choose from. The coffee was always full and hot. The bathrooms were very clean. Plus, the security guard at the entrance to the building was incredibly helpful! I am looking forward to my next reservation.
