The space features a flexible floor plan with a maximum capacity of 56 guests. To support your event’s requirements, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi, integrated TV display capabilities, memory foam seat cushions, and customizable dimmable lighting to set the appropriate tone. Guests benefit from complimentary public parking in the adjacent city lots. For your convenience, the venue includes a private restroom and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Both circular and rectangular tables are available to suit your preferred seating arrangement.

Arriving at Party with a Tee, we want your arrival to be as smooth as possible! Please note that all guests enter through our front entrance. For unloading: If you have supplies or decor to drop off, you may temporarily park along Ash St. and Wayne Rd. to unload. For General Parking: Once you’ve unloaded, please move your vehicle to one of the two spacious Free Public City Lots located directly behind and across the street from the venue. The parking lots are easily accessible via Ash Street or Elm Street.

At Party with a Tee, the well-being of our guests is our top priority. To ensure a safe environment for everyone, we ask all renters and guests to adhere to the following guidelines:

Cleanliness & Sanitization

Surface Safety: Our facility is cleaned daily and all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, tables) are sanitized before every booking.

Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitizer is available. We also encourage all guests to wash their hands frequently.

Cleaning Supplies: For your convenience, basic cleaning supplies are available on-site for any immediate needs or spills during your event.

Capacity & Supervision

Occupancy: To ensure a safe experience, guest counts must not exceed the maximum capacity of 56 people.

Minor Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

On-Site Host: A Party with a Tee staff member will be on-site for the duration of your event to monitor facility safety.

Prohibited Items & Safety Rules

No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol/Weapons: Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and weapons are strictly prohibited inside the building.

Clear Walkways: Please keep all exits and walkways clear of decor, bags, and equipment to ensure a safe exit path in case of emergency.

Health Protocols

Stay Home if Sick: We kindly ask that any guest experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) refrain from entering the venue.
