Notary Services ($)
We have a notary available for you use. The fee is $10 per signature for notary. We also have witnessing available as well at $1 per witness signature.
Print/Scan/Copy ($)
We are able to print, copy or scan documents for you. B/W copies: $0.10 Color copies: $0.50 Faxes: $0.50 Scans: $0.50

There is a phone available with conferencing capabilities.

We have a 40 inch flat screen with HDMI cord for your use.

Our professional staff will greet you and your clients, offer them coffee or water, and inform you of their arrival during business hours. We can assist with client drop off and pick up, as well as package delivery.

First-class office work space on an as-needed basis, conveniently located near Big Beaver and I-75. We are minutes from Somerset and Fantastic Dining. Our professional conference rooms and private offices are the perfect place to host client meetings, interviews, depositions, or board meetings.
Dedicated Desk
Are you a small business owner, freelancer, or other professional looking for the perfect workspace? Coworking has exploded in popularity in recent years, and it’s easy to see why — working with others in a shared office space environment allows you to network and collaborate, all while getting your best work done. Our Coworking is $299 per month and our Dedicated Desks (larger desk with lockable storage, dedicated to you) is $350/month with a $50 setup fee. Dedicated desks also come with the ability to use address services (Coworking does not include address services).

Dedicated Office Space in our NEW LOCATION (Top of Troy / PNC Building, on the 20th floor - WOW, the views are incredible!). This office is currently set up for a team office with 4 adjustable desks each with their own locking pedestal storage. Dedicated Office Space includes: 1. 24/7 access to the fully-furnished, Dedicated Office 2. Receptionist services during business hours (M-F, 08:30am – 5:00pm) a. All of your guests will be professionally greeted and offered coffee and water while they wait for you b .Drop off and pick up of items from/for your clients and others 3. Phone reception services during business hours (M-F, 08:30am – 5:00pm) a. Dedicated Business Line, or you can use your established business line. b. Your phones will be LIVE and professionally answered. Calls will be Screened (keep solicitors away) and Announced to you. We want to be perceived at your employee for that call. As such, our team will be trained by you on frequently asked questions and routine items so that we can answer questions and handle calls as a traditional, dedicated receptionist would be traditional do. c. Additional phone services are available at additional cost. These additional services include, but are not limited to: 1) Scheduling appointments on your behalf; 2) Complete intake forms / collect information so you can be prepared for the return call and you can ensure your new prospective clients feel more vested with your company even if you are not available; 3) Confirmation calls; 4) Weblead Follow-up; 5) and, so much more. 4. Standard Office
The standard office is a traditional small office that seats 2-3 people comfortably. There is a phone for your outgoing calls with conferencing capabilities and free Wifi throughout the suite.
