1. 24/7 access to the fully-furnished, Dedicated Office
2. Receptionist services during business hours (M-F, 08:30am – 5:00pm)
a. All of your guests will be professionally greeted and offered coffee and water while they wait for you
b .Drop off and pick up of items from/for your clients and others
3. Phone reception services during business hours (M-F, 08:30am – 5:00pm)
a. Dedicated Business Line, or you can use your established business line.
b. Additional phone services are available at additional cost. These additional services include, but are not limited to: 1) Scheduling appointments on your behalf; 2) Complete intake forms / collect information so you can be prepared for the return call and you can ensure your new prospective clients feel more vested with your company even if you are not available; 3) Confirmation calls; 4) Weblead Follow-up; 5) and, so much more.

Clients may use either wireless Wifi or may plug into the internet connection.
Furnished
The entire office suite is fully furnished. The offices have either an L-shape desk (desk with return), executive chair, & two matching guest chairs. Or, some offices have adjustable desks - number of adjustable desks varies per size of office.
Mailbox Services ($)
Clients with a dedicated office may use the prestigious address for business purposes. Mail is delivered to your office. Locked mailboxes can be requested, if needed.
Phone
An office phone is provided in the office and outgoing calls (within the US) are included.
Accessibility
We are ADA Compliant and can easily assist those with needs.
Catering ($)
There is a minimum of $20 fee to arrange for catering services. You tell us what kind of food you have in mind, your budget and how many you want to serve and we will do the rest.
Coffee/Tea
Our office is always equipped with fresh coffee, tea and filtered water. Your guests will be offered these items as they arrive.
Notary Services ($)
We have a notary available for you use. The fee is $10 per signature for notary. We also have witnessing available as well at $1 per witness signature.

We are able to print, copy or scan documents for you.

24/7 Access
Clients with dedicated offices, as well as those with 24/7 Virtual Office services, can access the facilities 24/7, 364 days per year. Security is present in the building.
Door w/Lock
Dedicated offices have locked doors. Outside of business hours, access to the facilities is limited to those with 24/7 privileges.

We are located on the 20th floor of the Top of Troy (PNC) building. All Exterior Offices have AMAZING city views. One side can see Detroit and Southfield; the other side has views of Troy. All views are stunning.
