Large conference room to accommodate up to 12 people. Located right off of the main entrance with the lobby and kitchen just outside. This room is the perfect place for meetings, presentations and training. A large portable flat screen for presentations is available upon request.

Room Set-up

Room will be set up with the requested number of chairs along with a flat screen if opted for. Our larger meeting area can hold up to 16 with training tables or with rows of seating for up to 20; both with room for the presenter.

Large portable flat screen on rolling stand will be provided if desired.

We also offer conference / meeting room and event space rentals. We are committed to providing a work environment for those who would like to get away from their home office with all of the distractions. We also provide an official business address to add to your business card and website to aid in completing your professional brand and to avoid unwanted drop-in guests showing up at your home. In addition, Jadigo Office is an optimal location for a satellite office or as a primary space for any business. Even if you simply require a professional work environment to collaborate face to face with your team full time or on a part time basis, Jadigo Office is the perfect place. Or, if your company needs an interim space to work in while you are looking for a permanent home for your business, we offer the solution you need. At our prime location in Livonia, right off of the Jeffries Freeway (I-96), we are the perfect place to situate your office. You can travel in any direction to connect to roads and freeways that will easily and conveniently lead you to anywhere in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. Close by on Schoolcraft Rd. is a food truck lot. Go a little further and head south to Plymouth Road to find Supernatural Brewery, Black Label Tavern and Thomas' Family Dining. Or, head north a few miles to 6 Mile Road and you will find Laurel Park Mall, Marriot Hotel, Holiday Inn Hotel and much more.
Office 1 & 2  (Each Accommodates 1 to 3)
Office 1 is a 14' x 18' Spacious office (252 sf) with two exterior windows to accommodate 1 to 3 people for full time use. Pricing is $625.00 per month. *Willing to negotiate based on length of lease. Office 2 is a 14'6" x 18' Spacious office (261 sf) with four exterior windows to accommodate 1 to 3 people for full time use. Pricing is $675.00 per month. *Willing to negotiate based on length of lease. Open desks and seating are provided for shorter term agreements. A space plan layout will be provided based on your needs for a 6 month lease or longer. Either open desking or workstation cubicles with seating will be available for your use. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture. You can even pick your own accent wall color for either office with a 1 year lease! Walls are all currently grey.
Office 3
Comfortable private office to accommodate 1 person for full time use. Due to the unique angled shape of the office - see drawing for size. Rent is $495.00 per month with a discount given for longer term agreements.
Office 4  (Accommodates 1 to 3 people)
14' x 14' Large office accommodates up to 3 people full time. Pricing is $550.00 per month.
Office with Private Entry and Restroom
15' x 24' 6" office to accommodate up to 5 people with it's own private entrance off of the parking lot. In addition to this 367 sf office is a private restroom and an area for a small breakroom and or storage. A sink with cabinet and counter can be installed as an additional option. This suite is completely separate from the main office area; however, access to the main area is available to be utilized as well. All utilities, Wifi and other amenities are included with the space. Office rental price is $895.00 per month and less for a longer term lease.
Open Office Space for Multiple People
15' x 24' 6" Open space for multiple people. We will provide and set up workstation cubicles, desks, or other types of furniture to suit. Combine this large open space with the 14'x 14' office right next to it to create the perfect office suite. The area is available in all grey or with pops of color as desired. Discount is available for the rental of both areas. All amenities included as notated in the description of the entire Jadigo Office coworking office space. This space is also ideal for a photography studio, content creator studio and much more.
Event / Training / Seminar / Conference
Training / Seminar / Meeting / Event Space for up to 20 people with many layout options. The space can be configured with rows of seating or with tables and chairs both with room for presenter/s. A conference table can also be set up with plenty of room to accommodate. Large screen and white board available for presentations. Refreshment stations can be set up within the space, or in the adjoining areas. Space is available for showers and other social events. Extra time allotted at no charge for set up and break down for 4 hour rentals or longer. Price is $39.00 per hour for 4 hours or longer. Price is $48.00 hourly for less than 3 hours. Assistance with food delivery from nearby restaurants available.

We are commited to a clean and healthy environment. We clean and sanitize our entire space twice per week and sanitize our restrooms and kitchen at least once a day. We also wipe down and sanitize meeting tables, chairs, door handles and any other hard surfaces in the area after every meeting. In addition, door handles are sanitized throughout the day. We also make hand sanitizer available and sanitizing wipes available upon request.
