Welcome to White Barn, located on Route 172 just 3.5 miles from Blue Hill, 10 miles from Ellsworth and 45 minutes from Bar Harbor. The main floor is occupied by local wholesale baker Hot Freshies, a producer of community favorite soft pretzels, donuts and more. Their work typically takes place alongside use of the upstairs loft which has been converted into an open concept flexible work space with beautiful natural light, 2 private offices and a large common area designed for flexible co-working space with varried seating including conferencing, sofa, and bar counter overlooking the kitchen below. You can rent an individual private office or the entire space depending on your needs. The entire White Barn is also available for rent upon request. Catering is available on a case by case basis. Unless otherwise discussed, you have rented use in the upstairs portion of White Barn. The downstairs is a working commercial kitchen, and may not be used or accessed in any way other than to access the restroom. We appreciate your cooperation.
