The Forum is a unique space in downtown Bethesda, MD, designed specifically for meetings and educational events with capacity up to 32 people in classroom style. It is equipped with a large screen monitor, dual projectors and a remarkable wide screen that supports 3:1 ratio presentations for an amazing visual experience. In-addition it has capability for recording the programs for video and webinar broadcasts. Each table has data and power outlet ideal as a work station or training programs. The room can be set up in classroom or conference formats. With its unique location, set-up, and guest services, this facility is a great fit meetings, presentations, and any educational programs. It can be reserved for evening, half day, or full day events and catered with range of food and drink options for a remarkable experience.

Filming Allowed ($)
Meetings can be recorded for either live stream or recorded version to be viewed later
- Monitor or widescreen projector / screen: $50 per hour - Event recording / live stream: $50 per hour - Includes AV technician * wide screen can accommodate presentations in any format: standard, wide screen, 3:1 ratio.
Video Conference ($)
$50 per hour for video conferences that require our technician / equipment.
Breakfast: $15 per person: Bagels and pastriesCoffee, tea, and juice; Lunch and Dinner : Boxed sandwiches: $20 per person, Hot platters: $30 per person, Gourmet experience: $55 per person
Coffee / Tea station: $5 / person for half day; $10 / person for full day

There are two public parking garages next to The Forum that allow long-term parking; one across from the Apple Store and the other one in front of our office called "Bethesda Row."
For minimal printing needs, speak to our facility coordinator.
Capacity: 32 classroom style, 50 theater style (can be arranged by a third party rental company for an additional cost). * Default room set up is the classroom style. For any customization add $75
Use of TV monitor with your own computer / ipad is available with no additional fee. For Event recording / live stream: $50 per hour (additional cost)
