These guidelines were created in accordance with: Massachusetts Sector-Specific Safety Standards to Address COVID-19 for Office Spaces UPDATED 8.22
The Collective Co. is equipped with a brand new HVAC system that filters in fresh air and removes stale air. Filtering the entire space, including in all of our bathrooms and conference rooms.
We have placed additional air filtration units in each of our rooms to ensure maximum protection.
A sanitizing stations is located at the main entrance and the bathrooms and kitchen are equipped with touchless soap dispensers.
Open trash cans have been placed in all bathrooms and in our kitchen.
Signage has been placed at our entrance with updated rules and guidelines and we are in constant communication with our community about our policies and procedures.
A check-in system is in place at the front desk to track members and guests in and out of the space as well as to check off and ensure anyone entering is not exhibiting signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
Staff protocol:
Staff will sanitize high touch areas daily. These areas include:
Doorknobs on the entrance, bathrooms, and all conference rooms.
Kitchen - refrigerator handles, counter, faucet, coffee station, microwave, cabinet pulls
Printer keypad
Staff will sanitize meeting rooms and associated meeting items (markers, remote controls, etc.)
Staff will enforce mask wearing, vaccination requirements and an occupancy limit if necessary
Member behavior protocol:
Before coming to The CC:
Do not come to The Collective Co. if you are experiencing any of the known COVID-19 symptoms. We will send you home if you are demonstrating symptoms of any kind.
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fever
Chills
Muscle pain
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
If you become a positive or probable COVID case and you have been at The Collective Co. recently, report to Rachael immediately. Your privacy will be respected.
Kitchen Use:
The dishwasher is run on the sanitize setting every night. Please wash your dish first then place it in the dishwasher. Disposable cups and cutlery are available in the kitchen.
Meeting rooms & guest policy:
All guests must check in at the front desk when they arrive and adhere to all current regulations.
COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN:
If you test positive or are determined to be a “probable positive” for COVID-19, notify us immediately. Your privacy will be respected.
We will notify any members who were in the space at the same time as the positive member.
We will also notify DPH of the positive case and the names of all contacts. DPH will provide them with further guidelines and information.
The physical space will be closed for a deep clean.
