CIC Cambridge, our flagship community located in the heart of Kendall Square, has been housing and supporting the innovation community since 1999.
Our One Broadway location has six CIC floors, all of which our clients have access to. We offer workspace solutions for every type of team, from coworking hot-desks, to private offices, and hybrid options in between - all on flexible 30-day terms. Regardless of which workspace solution you choose, you have equal access to CIC's services and amenities. Each floor has bookable conference rooms and phone booths, community kitchens, lounge areas, and more.
