You'll have your own storefront in vibrant Brookline Village—private enough for a peaceful work retreat, or ready-to-go as your 'Grammable pop-up shop. The building may be pint-sized, but the workspace is spacious: a 400-square foot open office with seating for 8+ and your private 300-square foot meeting room. Reach out discounted part-time packages. **Please note our discounted pricing for half and full days!** The space is immediately cheerful with happy plants and generous daylight, perfect for an office off-site, team work day, workshop, or photo shoot. The main room includes a cozy welcome nook, ergonomic seating, and four tables, which can be reconfigured for up to 12 workstations. There is also a small restroom and access to full-service facilities at The Village Works adjacent main location. The windowed lower level (stairs) features a boardroom table, ergonomic midcentury modern seating, and a large-screen television plus webcam for hybrid meetings. There is also a coffee and snack station on the lower level with a mini fridge and kettle. We're perfectly located right by the Brookline Village T. So close that you'll hear the green line trains rumble by! So we don't recommend the space for video shoots that require sound isolation. You'll have plenty of award-winning shops and restaurants to choose from at lunch and break time, and we're happy to help arrange details.
