There wasn't someone at the front desk and the door is automatically locked. There is supposed to be a way to unlock the door via your reservation, but I didn't have that.
The internet was good and there were extra monitors. If you want a place to do a call, it's not ideal, but fine if you're trying to get work done.

Space is nice, clean. Cute kitchen with a fun coffee machine. If you're on a day pass, it can be annoying getting in and out since a manager has to let you in. I spent about 40 minutes of my time there asking random employees for help. Allow extra time if you need to use their secure wifi network.
