• the conference room is described as a ‘private meeting room for 18’. However, with 13 people in the meeting, the room is quite crowded. we could not get in and out of the doors due to the space being so tight
• The room is 'Teams enabled', but the team has experienced significant difficulties with the wifi and internet connectivity all day, making it impossible for those calling in to hear anyone in the room speak.
• 3 chairs broke while people were sitting in them, and one person actually fell out of their chair
• 3 out of the ten lights in our room were out – it was very dimly lit
• we had no extension cords for our laptops
