Enhanced Cleaning Services In addition to Redamo’s normal cleaning routine, we are cleaning “high-touch” surfaces and “high-traffic” areas every two hours during business hours to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in all our rental properties. Enhanced HVAC Standards We’re working to provide cleaner, filtered air circulation throughout our spaces. All of our enhanced HVAC standards align with health organizations’ recommendations and ASHRAE best practices. Meeting Rooms We’ve decreased capacity, removed chairs, and identified ‘safe to occupy’ seats where applicable. New meeting room capacities are reflected on the member app. Signage at the door and on the table reiterates how to sit safely in the room. Security Alarms and Cameras Your safety is our priority. That’s why we’ve invested in a state-of-the-art security system equipped with cameras and an emergency alarm system. In the unlikely event of an emergency, you can rest assured the Redamo team has thought of everything. Shared Conference Rooms Use of the conference room is included in your office rental, and meeting spaces are available for rent with long-term co-working solutions available. Professional & Social Events Member-sponsored events are permitted where local law allows and in accordance with capacity measures. Overall, we plan to host virtual events in times when contact is discouraged to maintain connection across our community. Keyless Entry Our keyless system saves you the hassle of exchanging keys in person. This allows us to automate all of our check-in and check-out processes for short term leases, and simplifies life for our long-term lessors. This includes personalized codes for individual door locks for maximum convenience and privacy. Kitchenette Our shared kitchenette offers a full sized refrigerator, our Kentwood water dispenser and plenty of food storage space as well as utensils and equipment.
