I cannot recommend this office space highly enough! I booked a private room to take a proctored exam, but the night before my reservation, a heavy snowstorm hit, leaving the roads in bad condition and many businesses closed. Despite the challenging circumstances, the staff went above and beyond. They not only checked in to confirm my reservation and offered to reschedule, but also made arrangements for me to still use the space safely. They provided clear instructions for how to access the building without anyone present, and to my surprise, they even upgraded me to a conference room at no extra charge since no one else was there. Their kindness didn’t stop there—when I shared that I had passed my exam, they congratulated me warmly. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I will absolutely book with them again the next time I need a space. This level of service deserves more than five stars!
