Private Event @ The Office
This listing is to rent the entire office space. We will not be in the office and it is a private rental. We are an open office space that is fresh and modern. We have a conference table that seats 8 people in office chairs, one couch, two side chairs, two workbenches/desks, and another table that seats 4. There's a total of 20 spots available for people to sit down. If people are standing at your event, the capacity of the room is 30. We have a kitchenette and provide coffee.

Coffee/Tea
We have a Nespresso machine with Vertuo pods. We also provide half and half and sugar.
Filtered Water
We have a drinking fountain that has filtered water.

We have a Brother black & white laser printer.

We are a local real estate company passionate about improving our community. We are a husband and wife team who own rental properties and renovate homes to resell. We are opening our doors and sharing our own office. We are an open office space that is fresh and modern. We have a conference table that seats 8 people in office chairs, two side chairs, two workbenches/desks, and another table next to the kitchenette where we usually eat our lunch. We have a kitchenette and provide coffee and water. We also have a microwave and a small mini-fridge for beverages and small food items. Office Space Rules - No smoking. - No pets allowed. - Clean up after yourself! - You can find a broom, disinfectant spray, and rags in the back closet. - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it (please do not scratch the floors). - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. - If you decorate, please only use office tape. Be sure to remove all tape by the end of your booking! - All doors must be locked upon departure from the space. The Office Space- Monthly Rental
This is to rent our entire office space for 1 month. This includes the conference table with office chairs for 8, and two large workbenches/tables with 2 chairs. Plus you can use a smaller office which opens to the larger room with a desk and another two chairs. There is one ADA-compliant bathroom. There are two storage closets and a basement which we use to store items for our business. We may need to access the basement and/or storage closets periodically during your monthly rental, but we would keep it to no more than 1 time per week for less than 30 minutes each visit. We would also confirm with you 1 day in advance if we need to access the building. There is an apartment above the office which is rented as an Airbnb/short-term rental. The guests have their own access door in the back and would not need to come through the office space at all.
Rustic Workbench/ Desk
The office has natural light coming from three large windows at the front of the office. There are two desks available. They are refurbished workbenches that have been sanded, stained and restored. There is a tall office chair/stool at each desk. We have a kitchenette with coffee and cream provided, plus a mini-fridge for your lunch/snacks. High-speed Wifi is included with your reservation.
Desk @ The Office
This listing is for an open desk at our office. We are an open-concept office space that is fresh and modern. We have a conference table that seats 8 people in office chairs, one couch, two side chairs, another workbench/desk, and a lunch/break table. We have a kitchenette and provide coffee.
Conference Table @ The Office
This listing is for a private rental of our entire office space. This rental is ideal for a team who want to have a meeting or work together on something at our Conference Table. We will not be in the office when you are here. We are an open office that is fresh and modern. In addition to the conference table, we have one couch, two side chairs, two workbenches/desks, and another table. We have a kitchenette and provide coffee.

Cleaning

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our office to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes. 

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

 

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. 

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.
