Private Event @ The Office
This listing is to rent the entire office space. We will not be in the office and it is a private rental. We are an open office space that is fresh and modern. We have a conference table that seats 8 people in office chairs, one couch, two side chairs, two workbenches/desks, and another table that seats 4. There's a total of 20 spots available for people to sit down. If people are standing at your event, the capacity of the room is 30. We have a kitchenette and provide coffee.

If you would like us to move the furniture around for your event, we are happy to do so for $25. Just let us know how you'd like it to be set-up.

You can use the space to film.
TV/Monitor
We have 2 monitors you can use. One is a monitor on a desk and the other is and Smart TV mounted on the wall.
Video Conference
You can use the monitor or TV to do a Video Conference.
Accessibility
There are no steps to enter the building and the two bathrooms are ADA accessible.
Coffee/Tea
We have a Nespresso machine with Vertuo pods. We also provide half and half and sugar.
Filtered Water
We have a drinking fountain that has filtered water.
Parking
There are 2 spots for parking at the rear of the building. If those spots are taken, street parking is available for free. (No meters or passes needed)
Print/Scan/Copy
We have an HP Color LaserJet Pro printer. If you need to print more than 5 pages of color or black per day, we will ask for a small fee depending on how much you need to print.

We are a local real estate company passionate about improving our community. We are a husband and wife team who own rental properties and renovate homes to resell. We are opening our doors and sharing our own office. We are an open office space that is fresh and modern. We have a conference table that seats 8 people in office chairs, one couch, two side chairs, two workbenches/desks, and another table next to the kitchenette where we usually eat our lunch. We have a kitchenette and provide coffee and water.

Rustic Workbench/ Desk
The office has natural light coming from three large windows at the front of the office. There are two desks available. They are refurbished workbenches that have been sanded, stained and restored. There is a tall office chair/stool at each desk. We have a kitchenette with coffee and cream provided, plus a mini-fridge for your lunch/snacks. High-speed Wifi is included with your reservation.

Cleaning

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our office to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes. 

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

 

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. 

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.
