A room measuring approximately 13' by 20' is available for use as conference room, shared office, private office and various other uses. The room contains three tables that can be arranged as a large conference table, separate workspaces, or moved to the side to allow for lecture type seating. There are ten conference type chairs, two captains chairs available, and three cushioned seating squares. Additional chairs are available for a larger group. The room has a large painted whiteboard, a wireless printer, a 40" smart TV, and internet service. The room has many flexible configurations to meet the needs of single private office users, group meeting, training, lectures, and group sessions. Please let us know of any special needs so that we may arrange the room to meet your requirements.

This was a GREAT space and a great host. They checked in often to ensure we had all we needed and were always willing to offer any help requested. Look forward to renting from them again in this clean, easy to access (just off the highway, near food, shopping, hotels) space.

Landlord is following all CDC guidelines for operating the building.  The room can be rearranged to accomplish social distancing guidelines.  It is recommended that masks are worn at all times and CDC personal behavior guidelines are followed.
