Equipped with state of the art A/V, an abundance of natural light with a full wall of windows, and a maximum capacity of 300 guests, this flexible space sets the stage for gatherings of all types. Glass has a partition that lowers from the ceiling, separating the room into two fully private rooms. Ideal for breakout sessions or meetings that foster collaboration. The room is designed to exceed expectations with cutting-edge audiovisual capabilities including: • (4) 163” 1.5MM pixel pitch front LED walls • (2) wall-mounted monitors for presenters • HDMI and USB connections • (2) presenter cameras • (4) audience cameras • (10) wireless handheld microphones • (10) wireless lavalier microphones • (4) wireless ear set microphones • Multi-zone ceiling speakers for audio conferencing • Wall-mounted touch panels for room control • Assisted listening systems. Alloy is a spacious meeting room that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The room consists of a large boardroom table with 6 chairs, two ancillary armchairs, and a large credenza. Alloy is equipped with privacy shades, a wall mounted whiteboard, and audio/visual equipment including: • (1) 65” wall-mounted flat panel display • HDMI and USB connections • All-in-one microphone, camera and speaker for video conferencing.
Brass
Brass is a spacious meeting room that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The room consists of a large boardroom table with 6 chairs, two ancillary armchairs, and a large credenza. The room is equipped with an audio visual system including: • (1) 65” wall-mounted flat panel display • HDMI and USB connections • All-in-one microphone, camera and speaker for video conferencing.

To ensure a high standard of cleanliness, we have implemented rigorous cleaning protocols and procedures. Here are some key aspects of our cleaning process:

Trained and Equipped Staff: Our cleaning staff is trained on industry-leading cleaning practices and protocols. They are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure both their safety and that of our guests.

Enhanced Cleaning Schedule: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all high-touch areas such as lobbies, elevators, door handles, and common areas. This helps reduce the risk of contamination and promotes a safe environment.

CDC-Approved Disinfectants: We use disinfectants approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for their efficacy against viruses and bacteria. These products are effective in killing germs and reducing the spread of infections.

Focus on High-Touch Surfaces: Our cleaning staff pays extra attention to high-touch surfaces like light switches, handrails, elevator buttons, and countertops. These surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly to minimize the risk of transmission.
