1. Vaccination Requirement:

All members and visitors must provide proof of full vaccination before accessing our coworking space.

Exceptions may be considered for individuals with valid medical or religious reasons. Please contact our management for further information.

2. Mask Mandate:

Masks are mandatory in all common areas, hallways, and meeting rooms.

Members are encouraged to wear masks in private offices and workspaces, especially when social distancing is not feasible.

3. Social Distancing:

Maintain a distance of at least six feet from others when possible.

Respect posted signage and floor markings to ensure proper distancing.

4. Hygiene Practices:

Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the space.

5. Cleaning Protocols:

Enhanced cleaning procedures are in place for high-touch surfaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.

Members are encouraged to clean their personal workstations regularly using provided disinfectant wipes.

6. Health Monitoring:

Members are expected to monitor their health and refrain from entering the space if experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

Report any positive COVID-19 test results to Studio 424 management promptly.

7. Flexibility:

Members who feel unwell or exhibit symptoms are encouraged to work remotely.

Studio 424 will provide flexible arrangements for affected individuals, such as temporary suspension of membership or remote work options.

8. Compliance:

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in temporary suspension of access to the coworking space.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for everyone at Studio 424. This policy will be regularly reviewed and updated in accordance with public health guidelines.
