Room was as described & pictured - a little drab but fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Biggest complaint was that the building did not have working AC, which in early October in Chicago was a mistake. Only way to keep the room bearable was to close the blinds and leave the door open during my meetings. Less than ideal for any private conversations
