Booked for a half-day 20-ppl workshop in April 2015. The meeting room was not set up on time nor the correct layout - had to scramble to find more tables and chairs from empty offices and help move them around. When a few extra chairs were needed after the event had started, I could not find the (meeting) coordinator anywhere. The front desk person told me to go find her office instead of assisting me, and only called the coordinator's cellphone after I had trekked up and down the four-story building. The room is pretty exposed with glass walls to the hallway and offices within close proximity. The workshop itself went smoothly. Looks like a great co-working space and is right in the Loop. I have a background in meeting planning and conferences services/banquets and would not recommend this space for professional meetings/events with more than 10 attendees.

We had requested a space for 11-12 people. The room was only set up for 8. They had to find extra tables and chairs to bring into the room. Other than that, it worked well.
