See below 1. DEPOSIT/RENTAL FEESA signed contract and a date-hold deposit equal to 50% of your non-refundable space rental fee must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s). The remaining balance of your space rental fee is due in full seven (7) business days prior to your event. Miscellaneous costs, such as bar, catering, rentals, etc., are due ten (10) days prior to your event.Any additional costs that arise will be due within two (2) days of your event. No terms are implied or granted and no work will be allowed to commence until full payment is received.Venue requires a credit card to be on file during the entirety of your event. At the time of signing the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form must be completed to guarantee the booking.Leasing rates may change without notice.2. CANCELLATIONRenter must notify the Venue in writing should the event need to be canceled or rescheduled.Should the Renter cancel, with no intention of rebooking, less than thirty (30) days from the event date, the Renter will be responsible for 100% of the total contract amount. Should the Renter cancel between thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from the event date, with no intention of rebooking, the Renter will be responsible for 75% of the total contract amount. If the Renter cancels 45+ days from the event date, with no intention of rebooking, the date-hold deposit equal to 50% of your contract total is non-refundable. Should the Renter cancel less than seven (7) days from the event date, the Renter will be responsible for 100% of the total contract amount with no reschedule option.IIDA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be issued to the Renter as a result of a cancellation initiated by IIDA due to unforeseen circumstances.
