HUB116 offers tenants modern office spaces without premium costs. Our 8-floor building caters to teams of 1-49 with a variety of layouts. All tenants have access to our top floor terrace balcony, lower level kitchen and break room (featuring iced coffee and green tea on tap, espresso machine and vending options), bike storage, mail/package delivery services, secure spaces and large conference room reservations. Every floor is equipped with filtered water, individual HVAC ducts fully enclosed, daily cleaning service following the CDC guidelines, wifi, A/V equipped conference rooms and private phone booths. We also offer the option to build out for companies looking to customize their space.
