This was a poor experience. Need key fobs to get to 5th floor, so, if you are a guest booking this place, can't access it without somone else's help. However, there is no reception. So, good luck! There was no way to know the WiFi key once we got to the space. We had to interrupt another guest from their meeting to get the WiFi access details. WiFi connection was patchy and then we had to switch to our cell phone hotspot.

I needed a space to work out of for the day to take meetings and other co-working spaces wouldn't cut it because most just have phone booths. This was the perfect setup with a door that closes, plenty of light and room. I'd definitely book this again if I was in Chicago.

The location worked out perfectly for what I needed. I intend on booking again next week. I was able to concentrate and get my work done in a timely manner without any distractions. The room and floor are very clean and comfortable. The people assisting me were polite and friendly. I recommend this for any business individuals or people who need a space to study.
