I went to work here for the day and the security at 155 N. Wacker had no idea what was going on. They tried to call Servcorp and no one answered so they sent me down to the parking garage since they assumed that I was a contractor. The security guard got easily frustrated, overly aggressive, and raised his voice when I was confused why I was being sent down to the parking garage. After the guard down in the parking garage figured it out, I was sent right up.
This seems like a 155 N. Wacker building problem but the receptionist didn't seem too concerned about what just happened but assured me that I could get back in during lunch if I just went back to the people who just berated me in order to get a badge. When I reiterated at lunch time that the downstairs security knew I was coming, she confirmed but when I went downstairs, they had no idea what I was talking about.
Ultimately, there are other coworking spaces in the city that don't have terrible building security, need a code to use the bathroom, and coffee that burns your mouth.
