The meeting space at the Hyde Park location is 100% what I needed and was looking for. It is wheelchair accessible and very spacious. My meeting went well without a hitch. The proprietor there Chris made sure I had everything I needed and was there to greet me and my guests upon arrival. The atmosphere is very serene and professional, the space itself was very elegant and official, the staff prep the space in advance. I had all of the amenities necessary such as a wheelchair access to the building as well as in the conference room, whiteboard with erasers and markers available, multimedia outlets accessible on the table, large TV screen with remote for presentations. Additionally,the room was stock with pens, paper, tissues, and water upon request. Not to mention the staff namely Chris and Syd were very welcoming to myself and the guest upon arrival and would periodically check to see if there was anything else we needed throughout the duration of the meeting. This space is located inside of the Capital One Cafe which gives the guests and exemplary Cafe experience with the availability to purchase quality coffee, sandwiches and pastries and the cafe staff is a cut above the rest! The manager of the cafe staff Shamika prior to and after the meeting was very approachable and informed me which staff member could assist me during my meeting. What put this experience over the top for me was the preparedness of each staff and the attentiveness to detail. All of my contact people Chris, Syd, and Shamika all check with me afterwards to make sure that I had an exemplary experience and if there was anything that they could do different. And I would like to thank everyone that was involved even behind the scenes. I will most assuredly continue to use and recommend the Hyde Park location and conference space in the future.

The staff at Capital One in Hyde Park are so nice, friendly, and accommodating! I spoke with Christopher over the phone in the morning to request a room. He was very welcoming and allowed me to book for the same day. It's a very convenient community meeting space for mid-size meetings, or if you just want to leave the house and have your work-from-home meetings in a different space with friends. The space also has noise reduction, which is a great touch and you get 50% coffee/tea drinks and small bites if you're a capital one member. I will be back very soon :)

The space was perfect for our small team meeting. the staff was very helpful. will definitely use the space in the future.

The meeting room met expectations and the staff was courteous. Our meeting was scheduled for 8 am and the cafe' entrance door did not electronically open until 8am. Staff neglected to signal door was unlocked. Although the meeting went well, we would have been better prepared to start at 8am if we had a few minutes prior to set up. As an accommodation, There should be a notification when making reservations that the doors will not open to the public until 8am. Overall, we will definitely utilize space again.
