The conference room provides users with a large conference table, access to a secure Wi-Fi network, multiple power outlets, and spectacular views of Waikiki, all for just $50 per hour.

Price: The validated rate is $1/hour (credit card only). The non validated rate is $10/hr.
The entrance to the guest parking garage is on Ala Wai Blvd. If you’re coming from McCully St, stay in the right lane. Once you pass the bridge before the intersection of Ala Wai and McCully, turn right onto Ala Wai Blvd and IMMEDIATELY get into the extreme left lane (the building is right there at the corner). Turn into the second driveway that says LANDMARK SHOPS above the entrance for guest parking. (Please make sure to keep track of your parking ticket as there is a $45 lost ticket fee.)

Resource Suites in the Waikiki Landmark is a gem! Their Administrative Assistant is knowledgeable and helpful, and always greets every with such professionalism. Their space is beautiful (a few of my clients have commented on the nice view from the conference room). It is so much more accessible than downtown, and parking rates are some of the best in town. I could not be happier with their Virtual Office program, and am so grateful I found them!

The space was very nice. I have been complimented by clients on it several times. The staff of Shane-nah and Elaina, I cannot say enough good things about. They are both efficient, professional, courteous and beautiful people. I have been going here for several years and have loved it.
