Originally built circa 1862, the Cole Manor is one of a few pre-civil war structures located in The Washington Avenue Historic District in Marietta, GA. The building was originally home to Henry Greene Cole and his family and later became the residence of Fitzhugh Lee. Historical accounts indicate that the property was used as a military headquarters during the Civil War. The building was used as law offices for several decades, the building is now home to Wickham Financial & Insurance Services. The Terrace Level of the Cole Manor features a well-appointed conference area with a seating area, as well as instructional space that easily accommodate 12 to 14 individuals. There is a private entry, as well as a private restroom.
