Austell Cowork Safety Policy and Liability Waiver Statement

By entering and using the facilities of Austell Cowork, all individuals acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable illnesses. In recognition of these inherent risks, the undersigned agrees to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk:
Users of Austell Cowork’s facilities recognize that exposure to contagious illnesses, including COVID-19, is possible despite adherence to recommended health and safety protocols. Each individual accepts and assumes full responsibility for any risk of illness incurred while on the premises.
Waiver and Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Austell Cowork, including its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or other damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive—that may result from exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease while using the facilities. By using these facilities, individuals expressly release, indemnify, and hold harmless Austell Cowork from any and all claims arising from such exposure.
Compliance with Health Guidelines:
All users are expected to follow any and all health and safety guidelines provided by Austell Cowork, as well as those issued by public health authorities. Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates to them.
No Waiver of Statutory Rights:
This policy is not intended to waive any rights or obligations under applicable law. Nothing in this statement shall be construed as relieving Austell Cowork of its statutory responsibilities or as limiting the rights of individuals as provided by law.
Policy Modifications:
Austell Cowork reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this safety policy and liability waiver at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the facilities after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
